Information you give us. When you complete a form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, practice or company name, email address, phone number, and state. If you ask us to review your accounts, you may share additional practice information with us directly.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data through cookies and analytics: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
